When you click “Start Your Song,” you reach our information fields and selection options. This is the part of the process where your involvement matters most.

My advice is to give yourself some time here. The more useful information we have, the more we can tailor the lyrics and track to the person receiving it. You do not have to decide how every detail will fit into the song—that is our job.

Step 2: Complete Your Order and Receive Confirmation

After you submit your details and complete payment, you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has gone through and that we will now get to work.

If instructions were genuinely unclear, we would contact you by email before proceeding. So far, we have not needed to do that. It is a possible exception rather than a regular extra step.
