Our personalized songs are custom-made based on your specific requirements and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Refunds cannot be provided for these products.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us. We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution, such as offering minor revisions or adjustments.

By completing your order, you confirm that these details are correct, and changes or adjustments after the song is finalized are limited, as it is a custom-made product. Refunds are excluded.
